Online inj

The gstlal-inspiral/bin/gstlal_ll_inspiral_workflow and gstlal-inspiral/python/dags/layer/inspiral.py are changed to integrate the injection argument into online_inspiral_dag.sh. The template.py is the same commit as f3666f4b.
