don't set null state for live data sources
set pastro model update cadence at command line, default inf (needs review/testing)
fix gstlal_ll_dq range spikes
turn off mkchecktimestamps functionality
wget dcc files
allow injection jobs to point to different shared memory dir than non-injection jobs
