Changes for filtering noiseless injection frames

R&P will produce noiseless injection frames for searches to analyze. We introduce the functionality to add the injection strain to detector noise before filtering. This is made possible by introducing an inj_src in datasource. In the workflow, we introduce new options for specifying the injection frame caches, and whether they are in noise or not.
