bug fix in ci-pipeline for new features in gstlal_inspiral_create_prior_diststats

Wanting Niu requested to merge offline_new-workflow_o4ssm_ci_pipeline into offline_new-workflow_o4ssm

The new options added to gstlal_inspiral_create_prior_diststats from this commit: 811be7f2 didn't provide a default value to the new variable (whose also demands an assigned value), causing the CI-pipeline checking to fail (cause the git-CI wasn't giving a test value for this variable).
