Make stream api inspectable
Adds tools for curating an element registration mixin class so that all pass-through calls to underlying pipetools and lloidparts elements are traceable before runtime.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
