Report LaTeX fixes

Found a few issues trying to run a report with classifier nicknames with underscores in them. It looks like some of the new plots that were added didn't properly escape this character so that LaTeX can properly render the plots.

Also, I fixed a typo in one of the log messages in batch.calibrate.
