Train Data to Calibration

Rachael Huxford requested to merge idq-dev-train-to-calib into master

Switch the data set used in calibration from the evaluation data to the training dataset. This should prevent the cycling we've seen in the timeseries due to the small number of bins available in the evaluation set compared to the training set.
