Adjusted reports and plots, and removed pglitch

Removed all traces of p glitch from reports page Added config options to seperately control the generation of classifier and events pages Added config option to control whether rank is displayed on the roc curve, default is false. Reprots pages now display % of time with log-likelihood > 0 where they used to display % of time with p_glitch > 0.9 .
