report: search for data products based on model starts

Patrick Godwin requested to merge patrick.godwin/idq:report_model_start into main

The model times are used since this will potentially be the earliest timestamp, giving the widest window to search.

Also fix typo for use of training data in calibration. This should have been the default when this functionality was added.
