changed path reporting to specify the absolute real path so that we don't confuse ourselves is we point at softlinks from the command line. My idea for managing production configs is to update soft-links to versioned installation directories (so things like cron or condor can easily restart jobs), but then we need the iDQ logs to specify the absolute real path rather than just the softlink.
