actually run lalpulsar TEMPOcomparison test?

TEMPOcomparison.c
actually for? It's listed in the Makefile as a "helper programs required by tests" but I don't think it's actually used anywhere...?
Karl: It looks like an "old-style" test program with command-line arguments that was probably meant to be run manually, and was never harnessed into the automated LALPulsar test suite. In any case, the compiler warnings shouldn't be hard to fix - see MR !1460 (merged) - and maybe the TEMPO comparison might be useful to have around for some future use.
I guess we could wrap this from a simple bash or python script to make sure it actually gets run. But, from a quick reading of the code, while it does some useful coverage of time conversion functions and running through various LAL things itself, I think the actual TEMPO comparison does not really get tested - it produces a .par
file at the end, but it would be up to a user to manually compare that to some "official" file...?
