lalsuite components should no longer depend on python3-glue (Debian)

As discussed in glue#29 (comment 854048), after the removal of the python3-glue "alias" for python3-lscsoft-glue, some remaining Debian dependencies need to be adjusted accordingly.

This affects lalburst, lalinference and lalinspiral (also sbank).
