Update package requirements on lscsoft-glue

Description

This MR closes lalburst imports wrong "glue" - seen on Ubuntu ... (#543 - closed) by fixing the requirements to use the lscsoft-glue package name for all LALSuite subpackages.

Closes #719 (closed).
