use correct name for python-ligo-lw

Description

Following on from !1044 (merged), the package is called python-ligo-lw and not python2-ligo-lw and is causing build failures:

https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/lalsuite/pipelines/87886/failures

python-ligo-lw should probably be updated to following the correct naming convention for the Python2 package.
