lalinference.io.hdf5: rename duplicate columns to avoid crashing PostProc

Description

Combined chain output files seem to have duplicates for randomseed and nlocaltemps, probably due to !1069 (merged). This is a quick fix to prevent cbcBayesPostProc from choking on these files.
