LALInference Periodic checkpoint-and-exit

Description

According to The Condor manual self-checkpointing jobs should exit after checkpointing, returning a special code. This patch attempts to enable that for LALInferenceMCMC and LALInferenceNest when using the --checkpoint-exit-code option.
