lalinference_compute_roq_weights.py: fix typo

Description

This fixes a typo in lalinference_compute_roq_weights.py. This typo does not affect any PE results for the publication since the elseif block is not used in the standard analysis. This block is only used in the quick BNS parameter estimation, which is under review.
