Remove lalapps_ConvertToSFTv2

Description

• Not used anyone in other LALSuite test scripts
  • testMFDv4.sh: use lalapps_splitSFTs instead of lalapps_ConvertToSFTv2
• No longer a need to convert to v2 SFTs
• Only other useful feature was SFT frequency band extraction, which is covered much more powerfully by lalapps_splitSFTs
