Description

Fix to gnuscripts/lalsuite_python.am so that other (non-Python-related) Automake code can use the make hooks (e.g. dist-hook) used by gnuscripts/lalsuite_python.am. Otherwise, Automake complains of e.g. dist-hook being defined both inside and outside a HAVE_PYTHON block.
