Adding code to constrain Lorentz Invariance Violation (LIV)
This code has been re-reviewed for porting to master as it was earlier based on a lalinference_o2 based branch, the review statement is here: https://wiki.ligo.org/CBC/TestingGR/LIV_Reruns_For_Porting . It is a part of the regular analyses, being one of the tests of GR performed on GW signals.
