This reverts the waveform enum order change back to how it was in LALSimulation-2.0.0

  • This change introduces no API changes
  • This change adds new API calls

Backwards Incompatible Changes

  • This change modifies an existing API
  • This change removes an existing API

Whilst this introduces an incompatible ABI change it reverts it to that state of the most recent LALSimulation release.
