fix IMRPhenomXPHM nightly pipeline failures

Description

Some jobs during the nightly pipeline after the commit 4af4488d failed as pointed by @adam-mercer in issue #293 (closed), here we address the gcc 9 problem and the unity test fail for test_phenomX.py.
