Description

This removes leftover BOINC stuff from the E@H days, mostly unused #ifdef defines.

  • This change modifies an existing API
  • This change removes an existing API

Review Status

@karl-wette if you could please check carefully that I didn't mistake an #ifndef for an #ifdef anywhere... That would probably have caused a compile error, but better safe than sorry. ;)
