WIP: Inject polarizations from file

Description

Inject a timedomain WF into a detector network, on top of a standard LALSimulation tensorial timedomain WF. This adds the appropriate antenna pattern, and timeshift for each polarization.

Note that this assumes that the polarisation to inject is provided in a raw 'txt file', and that the number of polarisation data points are the same (and provided at the same time-resolution, ie for the same duration and sampling rate) as for the data segment into which it's injected.

NOTE: this does not work for FD injections!
