Description
Improved solution to passing flags to Python for GitLab CI coverage job: lalapps/gnuscripts/lalapps-pulsar-test-compiler.sh now passed along any flags from PY_LOG_FLAGS to Python when test is actually invoked. coverage job can now use PY_LOG_FLAGS instead of overriding PY_LOG_COMPILER, which will likely break once there are more test scripts for CW codes in LALApps written in Python.
