add cosmic string kink & kink-kink waveforms

Description

New kink and kink-kink collision waveforms to be used for templates/injections of the cosmic string search. This commit is for adding new waveform generating functions (LALSimBurst.c), as well as I/O related updates. The I/O change is a trivial addition to the existing cusp waveform.

Please ask @florent-robinet and myself if further info is needed.
