Fix string literal to char* conversion error in UnitDefs.c

Description

When making in lal, I get errors like:

make[4]: Entering directory `/home/vijay/src/lalsuite_vijay/lal/lib/tools'
  CC       UnitDefs.lo
UnitDefs.c(300): error #3179: deprecated conversion of string literal to char* (should be const char*)
      const char *delim = (s != string) ? " " : "";

This doesn't happen for me on CIT, only on a different Caltech machine.
Anyway, this MR should resolve the problem for all machines.
