lalapps_SFTclean test script and minor fixes

Description

This makes a few minor fixes to lalapps_SFTclean (just clarifying help strings and a stdout print) but mainly adds a test script. Partially addresses #333 (closed) but the code still needs to be assessed for whether it can be adapted to newer line-file format.

One of the documentation fixes is also applied to the underlying lalpulsar LALRemoveKnownLinesInMultiSFTVector function.
