Revert "Merge branch 'remove-less-requirement' into 'master'"
Description
@duncanmmacleod less is used a pager found by the LALSUITE_CHECK_PAGER macro called from configure.ac in LAL and LALApps. (If not found, more can also be used by LALSUITE_CHECK_PAGER.)
In LAL the pager is used to page --help output generated by the UserInput module, which is the command-line parser used by CW codes.
In LALApps the pager is used to page output from the tools in src/pulsar/FITSTools.
