Warning added about use of TF2 spin coefficients for LALSimInspiralPNCoefficients.c

Description

This patch adds a comment right before the values of TF2 spin phasing coefficients are coded to warn the reader that they are meant to multiply dimension-less spins \chi_i=S_i/m_i^2, differently from the coefficients used by SpinTaylorTX approximants, which are supposed to multiply spins variable normalized according to the wacky convention \chi_i=S_i/M^2, being M=m1+m2.
