Fix a minor bug related to the Continuous Wave pipeline SkyHough.

The bug was spotted by @pep.covas, former member of the collaboration.

This fix was discussed with @alicia.sintes , author of the function under discussion in the past. According to git blame, nobody else has done any changes to this code fragments.
