simulateHeterodynedCW.py: bug fix

Description

In simulateHeterodynedCW.py the function to calculate the glitch phase is accidentally being used (add in fact has incompatible arguments) when the FITWAVES function should instead be used. This MR makes the very minor change to fix this.
