Remove duplicate LDADD declarations from Makefile.ams

Description

This MR attempts to trivially clean up a number of Makefile.am files by removing unnecessary LDADD declarations. In most cases these are automatically configured by the configure.ac anyway, so are not needed in the lib/Makefile.am.
