Added support for on-the-fly noise generation in CFSv2
allowing e.g. searches in synthetic noise with injected signals w/o using MFD first to generate SFT files. Introduces new options --injectSqrtSX, --randSeed , --IFOs, --Tsft , --timestampsFiles
