synthesizeTransientStats: enable multi-IFO runs

Description

  • new --IFOs option
  • old --IFO still available but deprecated
  • short -I reinterpreted as --IFOs
  • full support for multi-timestampsfiles
  • test script adapted, now also covers atoms output

Review Status

@karl-wette please have a look; I think the test should cover it pretty robustly. Multi-IFO capability of the underlying lalpulsar synth module has long been there and already used by the lalapps_synthesizeLVStats code.
