update coverage for gitlab-15.0

Description

Seems that we were indeed effected by some of the breaking changes in GitLab-15:

This updates the coverage job to use the the new coverage_report keyword.

  • This change modifies an existing class/function/struct/type definition in a public C header file or Python module
  • This change removes an existing class/function/struct/type from a public C header file or Python module
