Fix sanity check logic in coherence_test
There was a small bug in coherence_test when checking that the command line options were consistent. This updates it to look for the new option too.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
