Revert "Merge branch 'no-gitlab-ci-dependencies' into 'master'"

This reverts merge request !18 (merged)

Whilst having the dependencies listed isn't technically needed I think it's cleaner to have them explicitly listed. If we find that having these dependencies listed then we can revisit this.
