Install fiducial injections

John Douglas Veitch requested to merge john-veitch/lalsuite:install_injections into master

This moves fiducialBBH.xml, fiducialBNS.xml and lalinference_pipe_example.ini into lalinference proper (out of lalapps). They will be installed in $LAL_PREFIX/share/lalinference/ and so easily accessible by things like the review test script from inside a container.
