Draft: Fix #699
Description
Doxygen reference for the definition of f_CUT
appearing in some Phenom functions is not properly read with gcc:12 and makes the CI pipeline fail. f_CUT
is a macro defined in Phenom models to set the maximum frequency (in Mf units) the model is evaluated at.
This removes the 3 instances of those references.
