Fix minor issue with lalpulsar_MakeSFTs

Description

This MR fixes a potential corruption when low-sample-rate channels are used with a frequency band that goes above the Nyquist frequency of the low-sample-rate channel. In such a case, we skip this channel and go to the next in the list
