Pinning scipy to <1.14 as dependency healpy needs update

Description

Package healpy calls the function trapz that has been deprecated in scipy and removed in version 1.14. This is a temporary fix that needs to be reverted once a new version healpy containing the fix https://github.com/healpy/healpy/commit/7c8228bb2ef857ca6f792667037567d2232ebd2b is released.
