WIP: Modifying enough files so from lalinference import bayespputils works py3
This patch was made from direct changes made to files from the 6.48.1.dev20180313 version that is the latest available for macOS currently on pip. I am guessing that between then and now it is possible although hopefully not probable people added more py3 non compliant syntax.
