workaround automake not cleaning up __pycache__

Adam Mercer requested to merge adam-mercer/lalsuite:pycache_cleanup into master

this seems to be a bug in automake, and the automake developers agree. whilst we work with them to correctly cleanup these files remove these files using the clean-local target
