TEOBResumROM waveform model for lalinference_o2
This is the reviewed version of the TEOBResum_ROM approximant, rebased on top of the current lalinference_o2 branch. See

In order for this ROM model to work, the code should be accompanied by the ROM data files, which can be found e.g. on CIT /mnt/qfs3/vdbroeck/cbcrom/data/ . On runtime, the environment variable LAL_DATA_PATH should be set to the directory where the ROM data is stored.
