Adding EOSs from master to lalinferenceO2

Ian Harry requested to merge ian-harry/lalsuite:eos_additions_lalinfo2 into lalinference_o2

This patch adds the various EOSs that are on master onto the lalinference_o2 branch. This also adds additional EOSs from the CompOSE website, which is also an open pull request with master. I've tested the mass-radius relationship plots (which calls all this functionality) for each of these EOSs:

but I haven't yet tried this with lalinference itself. @john-veitch
