Fix vetoed coincs bug
Fixed a bug in the string search pipeline that assigns lnLambda = 0 to a vetoed trigger. The fix is made to change the value to NegInf.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
