The phiJL definition had the wrong sign for phi_JL (phi_JL+/- pi are both ok, but pi - phi_JL is not) The penultimate rotation was missing a pi needed to bring L in the negative XZ plane (this was not really a bug since it doesn't change phi12, but fixed it anyways)
