WIP: PN absorption coefficients and precessing modes

Riccardo Sturani requested to merge riccardo-sturani/lalsuite:PN_abs_coeff_prec_modes into master

This patch introduces several new coefficients in LALSimInspiralPNCoefficients.c for

  • Absorption
  • Spin-cube terms
  • Spin dependent terms in angular momentum
  • Angular momentum precession coefficients as well as
  • Complete precessing spherical harmonic modes for l=2,3,4 and relative check.
