LALSimulation.c: add generalize from long-wavelength

Soichiro Morisaki requested to merge twosoichiros/lalsuite:short-wavelength-injection into master

Modify XLALSimDetectorStrainREAL8TimeSeries() so that the injection codes are applicable even when long wavelength approximation is not valid. The computational cost to generate BNS signals from 5 Hz is only ~1.5 times the previous cost. The test code is also added.
